choir PhotoThis Doncaster, South Yorkshire choir was first formed in 1934. Rossington Male Voice Choir has disbanded and reformed on three occasions. The latest revival, dating from 1991, under the musical direction of Mr John S. Jones.

The choir no longer sings competitively, but rather for the enjoyment of its members and audiences, in the surrounding community.

A repertoire of such variety to suit equally varied occasions has developed over the years. Wedding guests, either in Church or Licensed Venues, are entertained, prior to and during the ceremony. Hymns are led by the choir to help the guests contribute to the celebration.

The choir will lead the hymns at a funeral and has a selection of songs that begin and end a service with solemnity and dignity.

Charity concerts of all kinds will be supported by the gentlemen of the choir, often at no more cost than the fee for their professional accompanist, and the expenses incurred to be at the venue.

If you have a function, which a musical support would enhance, please contact the choir.
